Job Description

- Develop new business among ASEAN market especially Singapore and Malaysia
- Do a business development activities (Full cycle: making cold call list to closure)
- Source for facilitators and business partners for training/development programs
- Facilitate group discussion for customers (Managerial level group)
- Translate program materials (Japanese to English) & do a real-time translation during meetings with Japanese customers (accompany with Japanese director or sales)
- Develop programs for training/ development
- Issue invoice, admin task and other ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

- 5 years of experience in sales activity is mandatory
- Positive start-up mindset (Developing new market, Creating new business, Independent, Positive mindset to venture into unknown territories)
- Business level Japanese skill is mandatory for translation (Japanese to English)
- Experience in new business development and solution/consultative sales is preferred
- Experience in working for Japanese company to understand Japanese culture is preferred

Compensation

- Annual leave : 14 days to 21 days
- Medical: 14 days medical leave and 60 days Hospitalization Leave (As per MOM regulations)
- Insurance: $1000 (Personal) $1000 (Covered for family)
